Nayax Core | Getting Started

Nayax Core walks new operators through six sequential setup stages, from account and operator configuration to connecting devices and fine-tuning machine attributes.

Overview

Nayax Core Guide Library

Six sequential stages from account and operator configuration to machine setup and device connection. Work through them in order to go from zero to fully operational.

Before You Begin

Check the following before working through the setup stages. Skipping these can cause access issues or block key features later.

⚠️
KYC verification required. Your Nayax account must have a completed KYC > Regional KYC Requirements for Onboarding verification before you can process live payments. If your KYC is pending or incomplete, payment features will not be available. Contact your local Nayax distributor or account manager to confirm your KYC status before continuing.
🔀
New Core or Classic Core? Nayax Core is available in two versions. Some features covered in these guides, including certain machine attribute settings and advanced configuration options, are only available in New Core.

Know your user role. What you can see and do in Nayax Core depends on your assigned role, from read-only viewers to full administrators. If a tab, button, or setting described in a guide isn't visible to you, your role may not include permission to access it.
🛠️
Can't see a feature? Check with your admin first. This is most likely a permissions issue, not a technical fault. If you don't have an internal admin, contact your local Nayax distributor.
