Before You Begin

Check the following before working through the setup stages. Skipping these can cause access issues or block key features later.

⚠ KYC Verification RequiredYour Nayax account must have a completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before you can process live payments. If your KYC is pending or incomplete, payment features will not be available. Contact your local Nayax distributor or your account manager to confirm your KYC status before continuing.
ⓘ New Core or Classic Core?

ⓘ Know Your User RoleWhat you can see and do in Nayax Core depends on the role assigned to your account. There are several access levels from read-only viewers to full administrators.
If a tab, button, or setting described in an article is not visible to you, your role may not include permission to access it. See User Roles and Access Levels Explained for a full breakdown.
✓ Can't See a Feature? Check With Your Admin FirstIf you cannot access a tab, setting, or action described in any guide, this is most likely a permissions issue not a technical fault. Before troubleshooting, speak with your system administrator.
If you do not have an internal admin, contact your local Nayax distributor for help adjusting your access level.

New to Nayax Core? Start here. Follow six setup stages from account and operator configuration to machine setup and device connection and go from zero to fully operational.

Setting up a new payment system across multiple machines can feel overwhelming when you don't know where to start. A missed step early on like skipping operator configuration can block everything that comes after.

This guide organizes everything you need into six sequential stages. Each stage covers one area of your setup so you always know what to do next and why it matters. Work through the stages in order. Click any article link to open the full guide.
