Overview
You will receive a secure KYC link by email within an hour of your onboarding being confirmed. Check your inbox and spam folder the link expires in 5 days, so complete your verification as soon as possible. If your link expires or you have not received it, open a KYC support ticket to request a replacement.

Yes, only if they hold a Power of Attorney (PoA) or are an authorised signatory for your business. You must provide documentation of their authority alongside the submission.
Documents in major European languages are generally acceptable. For other languages, certified translations may be required. Contact the compliance team first, they will confirm whether translations are needed before you submit.
Each country has different financial regulations. Nayax must comply with local laws in every market it operates in, which means documentation requirements differ by region.
