How to Set a Device to Inactive | Administration

Click Administration

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Management Suite click the Administration Tab from the top menu.

Click Devices

Click on Devices from the drop-down menu as highlighted.

Locate your Operator

Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine and press search as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Device in Hierarchy

Locate and click on the Device from the hierarchy.

Scroll to Status

On the main General section, scroll to Status field, change the status field by clicking on the arrow to reveal the drop-down menu.

Select Not Active

On the main General page, change the status field by clicking on the arrow to reveal the drop-down menu. Select Not active as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Click Save

Click Save to apply the changes.

Device now inactive
Image Attached
Your device is now inactive and will not appear on your monthly billing statement.
To use the card reader again, change its status back to active; otherwise, it will be unable to process credit cards and will show a not active message.
