Your management platform, in a web browser. Nayax Core is the central management platform for your Nayax operation. It is where you configure your business, manage machines and devices, monitor transactions, run reports, and control team access, all with no software to install.

Nayax Core dashboard

Think of Nayax Core as your back office. Everything starts here: before you can process payments or connect devices, your operator account and settings must be configured in Nayax Core first.

  • Configure your operator account and payment methods
  • Create and manage machines and device connections
  • Add team members and control their access levels
  • View transaction history, sales reports, and performance data
  • Push firmware updates and customize device behavior
  • Set up alerts and automated notifications

Your mobile management app, iOS and Android. MoMa is the Nayax mobile app for managing your operation from your phone. It is designed for operators and field staff who need to monitor performance, take action, and make decisions without being at a desk.

MoMa app home screen

Where Nayax Core is your full management platform, MoMa gives you the most important information and controls in a mobile-first format, optimized for quick checks and on-the-go actions.

  • View sales and machine performance at a glance
  • Receive and manage alerts for low stock, connectivity issues, and more
  • Process remote refunds without visiting the machine
  • Manage planograms and product maps
  • Use predictive restocking tools to plan your route
  • Monitor machine health and connection status in real time

Your customer loyalty and payment app, iOS and Android. Monyx Wallet is the consumer-facing app in the Nayax ecosystem. It is used by your customers, the people who buy from your machines, not by operators or administrators.

Monyx Wallet app

Through Monyx Wallet, consumers can pay at Nayax-enabled machines, collect loyalty points, receive promotions, and manage their spending. As an operator, you can use Nayax Core to configure loyalty campaigns and promotions that appear inside the Monyx Wallet app.

  • Cashless payment at Nayax-enabled vending machines and kiosks
  • Loyalty points collection and redemption
  • Access to operator-configured promotions and discounts
  • Transaction history and spending overview
  • Top-up and wallet balance management
Note for operators. You do not use Monyx Wallet to manage your business. To set up Monyx Wallet as a payment method on your machines, configure it in Nayax Core at the operator level.
