What is Nayax Prepaid?

A closed-loop payment card you control

Operators preload cards with funds. Cardholders spend only what's available, no bank account linked.
Fully managed in Nayax Core > Consumers > Card Management.

Key benefits

Boost loyalty

Reward top-ups with % or fixed bonuses. Up to 3 tiers per card.

Reduce churn

Member type tiers and Monyx app bonuses make Prepaid more valuable than cash.

Offline-ready

Deferred Online mode syncs when connectivity resumes.

5-step operator setup
1

Create your first card

Set card type, credit limit, and expiry.

2

Choose physical format

Assign swipe, contactless, QR, or Monyx virtual type.

3

Set spending limits

Configure daily, weekly, or monthly amount caps.

4

Enable reward program

Add a revalue bonus at operator or card level.

5

Revalue the card

Add opening credit manually or via machine/app.

TIP Use Import from Excel to bulk-create hundreds of cards in one go - download the template from Card Management first.
TIP Enable Auto-Create at operator or machine level so Prepaid cards are generated automatically when a card is first scanned.
NOTE Always set a max balance limit before distributing cards. Cards without a cap can be over-revalued.
