Prepaid Reports Overview

Nayax Core includes a dedicated set of reports for Prepaid operators. These reports give you full visibility into card activity, credit movements, and sales performance - so you can spot trends, investigate issues, and keep your Prepaid program running smoothly.

All three reports described here are accessed from Reports > Card Reports in Nayax Core. Standard Operator access is sufficient - no additional roles are required.

Card Sales Details

Transaction-by-transaction view of all Prepaid card activity, including machine name, settlement amount, Prepaid credit used, revalue credit used, product, and physical card type.

Resolving cardholder disputes. Investigating a specific transaction by date, machine, or card.

Sales by Location

Prepaid card sales grouped by client, machine location, and machine group. Shows sales count and total revenue per site.

Prepaid transactions grouped by the product price charged at the machine. Shows count and revenue per price point.
