How to View a Card Sales Details Report

A cardholder disputes a charge. You need to know which machine processed it, how much Prepaid credit was used, and what product they bought. The Card Sales Details report has every answer in one place.

Audience: Operator / Distributor
Where: Reports > Card Reports > Card Sales Details

The Card Sales Details report gives you a transaction-by-transaction view of all Prepaid card activity - including the machine name, settlement amount, Prepaid credit used, revalue credit used, product purchased, and the physical card type. You can filter by operator, card, cardholder, payment method, and time interval, then export the results to Excel or PDF.

Prerequisite
This report covers Prepaid card transactions. Your operator account must have an active Prepaid program with transaction history in the selected time period for results to appear.
