Configure a revalue reward program at the card management level to incentivize prepaid cardholders with bonuses when they top up their cards.

How Prepaid Rewards Work

Nayax Prepaid includes a built-in rewards system that lets operators incentivize cardholders to revalue (top up) their prepaid cards by offering bonus credit. When a cardholder revalues above a threshold you define, the system automatically adds extra credit either as a percentage bonus or a fixed currency amount.

This drives higher top-up values, increases loyalty, and makes your prepaid card more valuable than cash or one-time credit card payments.

How It Works

Example

Percentage Bonus

Cardholder revalues above threshold and receives a % of the revalue amount as bonus.

Revalue €15, reward = 10% > bonus €1.50 >  total €16.50

Fixed Amount Bonus

Cardholder revalues above threshold and receives a fixed currency bonus.

Revalue €30, reward = €20 >  bonus €20 > total €50
