How to Set a Prepaid Reward Program on Card Management Level | Consumers

Set up the reward program on the card management level through Nayax Core, reward your customers, increase their loyalty to your business and keep them coming back for more products and services.

Click Consumers Tab

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Consumers tab.

Select Card Management

Select card management tab from the drop-down menu.

Fill in Operator Details in Fields

Fill in your operator's name and other fields.

Click Search

Click search tab.

Locate Card in Hierarchy

Locate and click on the card from the hierarchy.

Click Reward Program Tab

Click on the reward program tab.

Rewards Levels

You can decide the number of bonuses you want to give (up to three).

 

The three rows highlighted in red on the visual represent three levels of rewards you can set.

Check box to add a bonus

Check the first column highlighted in RED on the visual to add a bonus, up to three!

Type the Revalue

Under revalue amount, type the value highlighted in RED on the visual to which you want to add the bonus.

Check box Amount Percentage

Check the box under the "Amount Percentage highlighted in RED on the visual if you want the reward amount added as a percentage value.

 

If left unchecked, the bonus will be added as a monetary currency value by default.

Type bonus value amount

Under reward highlighted in RED on the visual, type the bonus value you want to set.

Explanation - For the row CHECKED amount percentage

Under the revalue amount – 15, with %, under the reward, 10 is entered – meaning, if the cardholder will revalue with 15 euros, they will receive another 10%, a total of 16.50 EUR.

Explanation - For the row UNCHECKED amount percentage

Under the revalue amount – 30, without %, under the reward, 20 is entered – meaning, if the cardholder will revalue with 30 euros, they will receive another 20 euros, a total of 50.00 EUR.
