Operators configure everything in Nayax Core > Consumers. Consumers use the Monyx Wallet app to pay at machines, top up Prepaid cards, join loyalty campaigns, rate machines, and receive instant refunds.

TIP Set up message templates before issuing your first refund -- the refund form cannot be submitted without at least one template saved.
TIP Use Consumers > Monyx Refund > Export Refund To Excel to keep an audit record of all issued refunds with dates, amounts, and operator details.
NOTE Monyx Wallet must be enabled on your operator account. If Monyx Refund or Campaign are missing from your Consumers menu, contact your Nayax distributor.
