Everything operators need, from instant refunds to loyalty campaigns, in one place: getting started, consumer engagement, refunds, and campaigns and loyalty.

Simplify Payments. Maximize Loyalty.

Getting Started with Monyx Wallet

Monyx Wallet is your consumer engagement layer built into Nayax Core. Operators configure everything under Consumers, while consumers use the Monyx Wallet app to pay at machines, top up Prepaid cards, join loyalty campaigns, rate machines, and receive instant refunds.

Monyx Wallet helps you build loyalty with punch card campaigns and revalue bonuses, resolve issues fast with instant virtual card refunds sent via SMS, hear directly from consumers through machine ratings and written reviews, and accept consumer-ready payments with no bank account required.

5-Step Operator Setup
  • 1Set up refund message templates. Create the SMS messages sent to consumers when you issue a refund. Consumers > Monyx Refund > Templates.
  • 2Issue a test refund. Run the complete refund workflow with a small amount to validate your setup. Consumers > Monyx Refund.
  • 3Check your machine feedback. Review machine ratings in Last Alerts, filtered by event code 5011. Machine > Last Alerts.
  • 4Create your first loyalty campaign. A buy-X-get-1-free punch card drives repeat visits and app engagement. Consumers > Campaign.
  • 5Configure a revalue bonus. Reward consumers who top up above a threshold. 10 percent on top-ups of 15 or more is a common starting point. Administration > Operator > Reward Program.
Note: Monyx Wallet must be enabled on your operator account. If Monyx Refund or Campaign are missing from your Consumers menu, contact your Nayax distributor. Set up message templates before issuing your first refund, the refund form cannot be submitted without at least one template saved.
