Monyx Wallet gives your consumers a direct line to tell you what they think. Through the app, they can rate your machines and report issues - everything from a missing product to a payment problem. In Nayax Core, you can read every review, see exactly who left it, and contact that consumer directly to resolve their issue and protect their loyalty.

In this guide, you will learn how to locate, filter, and review consumer feedback submitted through the Monyx Wallet app.

 

Prerequisites

  • Monyx Wallet must be enabled for your operator account.
  • Your vending machines must be connected to Nayax Core and online.
  • At least one consumer must have submitted feedback through the Monyx Wallet app.

 

Tips before you start

  • Use event code 5011 to filter for ratings and reviews specifically.
  • Event data is accessible from any machine page - no need to navigate to a central report.
  • Consumer contact details (name, email, phone) are visible in the event detail panel when you click the i icon.
