Before You Start

• You have a smartphone running iOS or Android with an internet connection.
• You have a credit or debit card to use for topping up your balance.
• You know your mobile phone number, this is your account identity in the app.

Set Up Monyx Wallet

1.  

   Search for Monyx Wallet in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install it. The app is free.

2.  

   Open the app and enter your mobile phone number, including your country code.

   • You will receive a verification code by SMS. Enter it to complete registration.
   • Your phone number is your account identity in the app.
3.  

   Tap the + button to add a credit or debit card. This is the card you will use to top up your Monyx Wallet balance.

   • You can add multiple cards and switch between them at any time.

   💡

   Tip: Add your payment method during the onboarding tutorial and you will be ready to pay in just a few taps. You can skip this step and add a card later, but you will need one before you can top up.

Find a Machine

There are three ways to find a machine in the app.

1.  

   Once you have found your machine, tap Add machine to connect to it.

Top Up Your Balance

Your Monyx Wallet balance is the credit stored on your Prepaid card. You top it up using a credit or debit card in the app.

1.  

   Tap your Prepaid card on the main screen.

2.  

   Choose an amount to add. Select one of the preset amounts or tap Other to enter a custom amount.

3.  

   Select which payment card to charge.

4.  

   Tap Top Up to confirm.

   ✅

   What you should see: The credit is added to your balance immediately.

Pay at a Machine

Once your machine is selected and your balance is loaded:

1.  

   Make sure the correct machine is shown at the top of the app.

2.  

   Make sure your Prepaid card is selected.

3.  

   Tap Pay.

4.  

   The machine will start the vend. Select your product as normal.

   ✅

   What you should see: The transaction amount is deducted from your Prepaid card balance. You can see your updated balance in the app after each purchase.

Loyalty Campaigns and Rewards

Punch card campaigns

If your operator is running a punch card campaign, for example buy 4 and get 1 free, you will see it on the Campaigns screen in the app. Every qualifying purchase at a participating machine automatically adds a stamp to your punch card. Once all stamps are filled, the free purchase is applied automatically at the machine. You do not need to do anything to claim the reward, just keep buying and the app tracks your progress.

Revalue bonuses

Revalue bonuses reward you for topping up. When you top up above a threshold set by the operator, you receive bonus credit on top of the amount you paid. The bonus is shown on the top-up screen before you confirm, so you always know what you are getting.

Rate Machines and Report Issues

The Monyx Wallet app lets you leave feedback directly from your phone, no need to find a customer service number or fill in a web form.

Rate a machine

After a purchase, you can give the machine a star rating and leave a written review. The operator can see your feedback in Nayax Core and contact you directly if needed.

Report a problem

If something went wrong, the product did not drop, the machine swallowed your money, or you got an expired product, you can report it through the app. Tap the machine, select Report an issue, and choose the type of problem. Your report goes directly to the operator.

Receive an instant refund

If the operator approves a refund, you will receive an SMS notification. Open the app and the refund credit will already be on your Prepaid card, ready to use at the next visit. No waiting, no bank transfers.
