Monyx Wallet is a free app that lets you pay at Nayax-powered machines, top up your balance, earn loyalty rewards, and get instant refunds -- all from your phone. No cash, no physical card, no queues.

This guide walks you through everything you can do in the app, from setting it up for the first time to earning punch card rewards and submitting feedback.

 

What Can You Do with Monyx Wallet?

Receive instant refunds	If something goes wrong at a machine, your operator can send a refund directly to your app.
Rate machines and report issues	Leave a star rating or written review, or report a problem like a missing product or machine malfunction.

 

Getting Started

 

Step 1 - Download the app

Search for Monyx Wallet in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install it. The app is free.

Step 2 - Register with your phone number

Open the app and enter your mobile phone number, including your country code. You will receive a verification code by SMS - enter it to complete registration. Your phone number is your account identity in the app.

Step 3 - Add a payment method

Tap the + button to add a credit or debit card. This is the card you will use to top up your Monyx Wallet balance. You can add multiple cards and switch between them at any time.

 

How to Find a Machine

 

There are three ways to find a machine in the app:

Method	How to use it
Search by machine ID	Tap the search bar at the top of the app. Enter the machine ID -- a number printed on the card reader or on a sticker on the machine.
Scan the QR code	Tap the QR icon in the top-right corner of the search screen. Point your camera at the QR code sticker on the machine. The app finds the machine automatically.
Use the map	Tap the map icon to see nearby Nayax machines on a map. Tap a machine pin to select it.

Once you've found your machine, tap Add machine to connect to it.

 

How to Top Up Your Balance

 

Your Monyx Wallet balance is the credit stored on your Prepaid card. You top it up using a credit or debit card in the app.

 

1. Tap your Prepaid card on the main screen.
2. Choose an amount to add. You can select one of the preset amounts or tap Other to enter a custom amount.
3. Select which payment card to charge.
4. Tap Top Up to confirm. The credit is added to your balance immediately.

 

 

How to Pay at a Machine

 

Once your machine is selected and your balance is loaded:

1. Make sure the correct machine is shown at the top of the app.
2. Make sure your Prepaid card is selected.
3. Tap Pay.
4. The machine will start the vend. Select your product as normal.

 

The transaction amount is deducted from your Prepaid card balance. You can see your updated balance in the app after each purchase.

 

Loyalty Campaigns and Rewards

 

Punch card campaigns

If your operator is running a punch card campaign, for example, buy 4 and get 1 free, you'll see it on the Campaigns screen in the app. Every qualifying purchase at a participating machine automatically adds a stamp to your punch card. Once all stamps are filled, the free purchase is automatically applied at the machine.

You don't need to do anything to claim the reward. Just keep buying, and the app tracks your progress.

Revalue bonuses

Revalue bonuses reward you for topping up. When you top up above a threshold set by the operator, you receive bonus credit on top of the amount you paid. The bonus is shown on the top-up screen before you confirm, so you always know what you're getting.

Rating Machines and Reporting Issues

 

The Monyx Wallet app lets you leave feedback directly from your phone, no need to find a customer service number or fill in a web form.

Rate a machine

After a purchase, you can give the machine a star rating and leave a written review. The operator can see your feedback in Nayax Core and contact you directly if needed.

Report a problem

If something went wrong - the product didn't drop, the machine swallowed your money, or you got an expired product you can report it through the app. Tap the machine, select Report an issue, and choose the type of problem. Your report goes directly to the operator.

Receive an instant refund

If the operator approves a refund, you'll receive an SMS notification. Open the app and the refund credit will already be on your Prepaid card, ready to use at the next visit. No waiting, no bank transfers.
