How to Create a New Machine | Operations

Creating a machine is the first step in launching your business. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up a new machine using Nayax Core.

Prerequisites

Before You Start

  • You have Operator-level access to Nayax Core.
  • You have the serial number of the Nayax device being installed. See How to Locate a Device Serial Number if needed.
  • You know which operator or sub-operator this machine belongs to in the hierarchy.
  • You have the machine's physical location details (country, city, zip code, street address).
⚠️
Machines cannot be deleted. Once created, a machine is permanent. If a machine is no longer in use or should not appear in your hierarchy, set its status to Not Active rather than attempting to delete it.
