How to Import a Product Map to a Machine | Operations

This guide will walk through importing your product map from a previously saved preset. A product map is essential for managing inventory and forecasting business needs.

Click Operations

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the drop down menu.

Fill in Operator Details

Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine. Click search button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Operator Machine

Locate and click on the operator machine from the hierarchy.

Click Products Map Tab

From the general page, click on the products tab as highlighted in RED.

Click Import Map

Click on the map tab as highlighted in RED on the visual and then select Import Maps from the drop down menu as highlighted in BLUE.

Import Product Map

A window for Import Product Map will open. In the Map Name field choose the map from the drop down menu as highlighted in RED. Then, Choose the Stock options as highlighted in BLUE and click Import as highlighted in GREEN.

Completed Successfully

A message will appear to confirm your import has been completed successfully as highlighted.
