Welcome to MoMa: Nayax Mobile Management App

MoMa is Nayax's operator app for iOS and Android. It brings the core functions of the Nayax Core management suite to your smartphone, so you can run your vending operation remotely, in real time, without being tied to a desktop.

Think of MoMa and Nayax Core as two sides of the same coin. Nayax Core is your full desktop command centre, where you configure machines, manage operators, and run detailed reports. MoMa is the app you reach for when you're on the road, responding to an alert, or checking in on a machine from anywhere.

Before You Start
  • 1You have a Nayax account with operator access. If you don't have one, contact your Nayax representative.
  • 2At least one machine is configured and assigned to your operator in Nayax Core.
  • 3You have a smartphone running iOS or Android with an internet connection.
  • 4You know your Nayax account email and password to log in to MoMa for the first time.
  • 5Always use the latest version. MoMa updates regularly. Enable automatic updates on your device to ensure you always have access to the newest features and fixes.
MoMa and Nayax Core are in sync. Any changes you make in MoMa are reflected in Nayax Core, and vice versa. You don't need to choose between them, use both. Need permissions adjusted? If you can log in but can't see certain machines or actions, your user role may need updating. Reach out to your Nayax account administrator or local support team.
