How to Create a New Machine | Operations

Click Operations Tab

On the dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations Tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the drop-down menu.

Enter Operator \Sub Operator Name
Image AttachedOn the main general section now enter the Operator or sub-operator name.
This machine will be created under the hierarchical tree.

Select Machine Type
Image AttachedSelect the machine type from the drop down menu.

Select Machine Model

Select the machine model that the Nayax devices will be installed in or associated in with.

Select Machine Profile
Image AttachedSelect the machine profile from the drop-down list.
This option configures the ability of the device to read transactions from the machine.

Select Machine Group

Select a machine group from the drop-down list to which the machine will be associated.

Machine Sales Reports Configuration

Choose the specific machine configuration.
The options to choose from are:
- "Live Transactions" - Sales are reported immediately to DCS.
- "DEX/DDCMP" - Sales are stored on the unit, and will be sent to the DCS on the next DEX read.
- "Fuji" - a sales protocol for specific Fuji machines.

Enter Machine Name

Name the device for easy identification.

Set Status of Machine

Set the status for the machine, in this example select Active from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: Machines cannot be Deleted. Once created if the machine is no longer in use or you do not wish to see it in your hierarchy tree, change the status to Not Active.

Hardware Info
Image AttachedEnter the serial number of the Nayax device.
If you own a V-POS Touch, the Device Number field is automatically copied to the V-POS field below.

Machine Location

Allocate the country the is machine is located at.

SMS Language
Image Attached
Choose the language in which you will receive an SMS notification from Nayax.

Fill in Business Address
Image Attached
Please fill in your business address including your zip / post code - These fields are mandatory!

Click Save
Image Attached
Click on the Save button to save your progress!
