Click Consumers

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Consumers tab

Click Monyx Refund

Click on the Monyx Refund tab from the drop down menu.

Click Edit Predefined Message

If it's the first time you create a refund, Click here to edit the message templates you will send to your consumers.

Fill in Operator Name

Type in your Operator name to locate.

Created Templates

You will see template messages you've created. If you didn't create messages yet you'll see an empty row.

Create New Message Template

Enter the message you would like the consumer to see for the instant refund.

Click Add New

Once happy with you message click Add New as highlighted to create a new refund message. You can create a several templates and adjust the messaging for each case of refund. Note: There is an 80 character limit for messages.

Click Submit Messages

Click on Submit Messages to save the changes.

Click Create New Refund

Now, click Create New Refund to initiate the refund process.

Fill in Operator Name

Type in your Operator name and other fields to locate.

Check Revalue Option

Check the Cash or Credit Card Revalue box to for the consumer revaluation.

Check the Cash or Credit Card Revalue box to for the consumer revaluation.

Add Remark

Here you can add remarks for internal use.

Select Message

Select from the drop-down menu the SMS message templates to send to the consumer.

Click Create New Refund

Click on Create New Refund to complete the refund process.

ConfirmationMessage

A verification message will confirm that the refund message was sent to the consumer.

Refund History

If you scroll down the page you can see the Refunds History.
