How to Change Card Credit & View Card Credit History for Prepaid | Consumers

The card credit history tab is the prepaid card ledger that will help you track all the card transactions related to credit changes since it was created. Under this page, you can also control, add, or subtract the card or revalue credit.

Click Consumers Tab

From the dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click the Consumers tab

Click Card Management

Click card management tab from the drop down menu.

Type in Operators Name

Fill in your operators name and other fields to narrow the search and locate the user then click then click search as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate and click on the operator from the hierarchy

Change Credit tab

Add credit or revalue credit to this card.View credit history of this card, with or without vends.
