How to Create a New Charge Point Operator (CPO) | Administration

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Energy Core management suite click on the Administration tab.

Click on the Operator tab from the drop down menu.

Click the Create tab and then click the add New Operator option from the drop down menu as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Now to add the CPO's information. Operator Code is a numerical code for internal use.

Set the Parent which is the hierarchy level under which the new CPO will be created. It can be directly under the Distributor or under the existing CPO, Sub-Actor, area or location.

After selecting the Parent, the fields under the Regional Settings section will be filled automatically, according to the parent information.

The type option to set a is this as an account or customer type.

Under Name and Description is for the Name of the CPO as it will appear in the management suite.

For the status select Active for this operator to be accessible immediately.

All other fields on this page are optional for you to fill. We however recommend you fill in as much information as possible when creating a new operator for them to be unique and searchable for future access.

 

When ready click the save button and all your information will be saved, and your new CPO will be created!

After clicking Save you will see the CPO on the left integrated into your hierarchy and will now be displayed in a thread on the main screen as highlighted in RED on the visual.
