How to Set Business Days Preset Tabs for your Charge Point Operator (CPO) | Administration

00:07: On the Dashboard of your Nayax Energy Core platform, click on the Administration tab.

00:13: Click on the Operator tab from the drop-down menu.

00:18: Type in your Charge Point Operator name and any other fields to locate your Charging Point. Click the search button as highlighted.

00:26: Locate and click on the charging point, from the hierarchy.

00:37: Click on the Business Tab. This section enables you to define the working days and hours in the table for a CPO. The primary purpose of this feature is to facilitate notifications and alerts.

00:49: These settings are inherited from the distributor level unless specified otherwise in the hierarchy. To modify these settings, click on the "Enable Actor Business Days" checkbox, highlighted in RED in the visual, and select the desired days and/or hours.

01:05: When you're ready, click the save button, and all your information will be saved and configured for this CPO!
