How to Manage Machine and Device Status in Nayax Core
Learn the difference between machine status and device status in Nayax Core, and how to use each to control your dashboard and stop billing for inactive card readers.
General
If you leave the card reader active, you’ll be charged for those two weeks, whether it processes a single transaction or not. You need to stop billing while keeping the machine record intact on your dashboard.
Machine
A logical profile in your dashboard. Deactivating it hides it from your active view, but your card reader keeps billing.
