How to Activate or Deactivate a Machine | Operations
This guide will teach how to Activate or De-activate a virtual machine from your Nayax Core Management Suite. This action will help you organize your business dashboard to accurately depict your active machine.

Click Operations

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the drop down menu.

Fill in Operator Details

Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine. Click search button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate the Machine

Locate and click on the machine you want to change the status to from the hierarchy.

Click General Information
Image AttachedChoose the General Information option tab from the General page and open the drop down as highlighted in RED.

Status Options
Image AttachedHere you can change the Status of your machine by choosing Active or Not Active.
Pro tip: This action will only affect the virtual machine's status Not the device. The device will still be included in your monthly Billing plan. If you want to deactivate a device serial number to have it removed from your Billing plan continue to How to Set a Device to Inactive | Administration

Click Save Button

Click on the Save button to save your status change.

Completed Successfully Message

Wait for the confirmation Pop up: Completed Successfully. Your machine status has now been changed.
PRO TIP: Changing the status of a machine does not delete it from your dashboard. You can view different status machines on the search bar in the Status field as highlighted in RED and selecting an option from the drop down. If you select Choose then you will view all existing machines in your Dashboard regardless of status.

Deactivate Billing
