How to Create a Product Map with MDB Codes | Operations

What and How do I find my MDB codes

MDB codes, are identifiers used by vending machines to identify bins, ensuring functionality and vending.

To find your MDB codes, contact the machine's manufacturer directly.

Provide them with either the serial number or the machine model and request the MDB codes associated with your specific equipment. They will assist you in retrieving the necessary information.

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the drop down menu.

Fill in Operator Details

Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine. Click search button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Operator Machine

Locate and click on the operator machine from the hierarchy.

Click Products Map Tab

From the general page, click on the products tab as highlighted in RED.

Select Multiple Bins

Click on the map tab as highlighted in RED on the visual and then select multiple BINs from the drop down menu as highlighted in BLUE.

Add number of Bins

In the pop up window type in the active number of bins you want to create and click the apply button as highlighted in RED.

Mapping Order

To set your product map we first input the MDB Codes in the column as highlighted in RED. Numerically adding to each bin line the MDB codes.

Par Column

Then input the Par Level Par Number in the column as highlighted in BLUE. The Par is number of stock held for this MDB code product.

Add Products

Select the products in it's column as highlighted in BLUE from the drop down menu. The product group will automatically update according to inventory

PA Code

For PA Codes column as highlighted in BLUE. PA Codes are the product location for your customers purchase from your machine.

Click Save

Once you have completed your product map click save button to save your progress!

Click Yes

A pop up window will appear for you to confirm your map, click on yes to proceed.

Click Products Map Tab

You will be redirected to the general page, click back on the product tab as highlighted in RED.

And here your Product Map can now be viewed!
