Welcome to the Nayax Retail Core platform onboarding process! 

This is the Retail onboarding here to guide you through setting up your environment efficiently and effectively. We begin in Nayax Core which is designed to give you comprehensive management over your Retail operations through a structured hierarchy.

Before we begin, it's important to understand that our platform follows a logical organisational structure that allows for efficient management of your retail business. 

Understanding the Nayax Hierarchy!

The Nayax system operates on a tree-like hierarchical structure with three primary levels:  

 

  
  1. Distributors - The top level representing your local Nayax Branch or Partner
  2. Operators (Actors) - Created by distributors, this is the second level in the hierarchy tree
  3. Sub-Operators (Sub-actors) - Created by operators, these can represent areas, routes, locations, etc.

Important to note: Machines are always positioned at the bottom of each sub-operator branch, allowing for precise management and reporting.
