Create An Operator in Nayax Core | Retail Core

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the administration tab

Click on the Operator tab from the drop-down menu.

Click on the Create button and click Add New Operator as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Enter the Operator Internal Code.
This is an internal code for you to identify your operator.

Select where this operator will be added under your hierarchy.
It can be directly under the distributor, or under the existing Operator \ Sub-Operator \ area \ location \ etc.

Type the Operator's Name as it will appear in the Nayax Core.

Select the Active option.

Add the operators address.

Add the contact info of the operator.

Choose the currency type that will be accepted.

Select the Country Code for this operator.

Sets parameters according to the chosen culture.

 

For example - when choosing "English - United States": a product's price will appear like this: "1,234.56, US Dollars"! When choosing "French - France": it will display the same product with the price of "1234,56, Euros"!

Set the Time Zone this operator is located in.

You can also choose to adjust the clock for daylight saving by ticking the button below the time zone menu.

Billing Gateway and Active/Total Machines - Will be automatically filled once the operator is created.

Enter the Route Manager Name and Route Manager Mobile number.

Now, click the Billing Gateway tab at the top of this section.

Choose the Billing Gateway from the drop-down menu.

Click on the save button to save your progress.

You can now see the new operator you've created in the Hierarchy field.
