How to Set Up "Start with Card" MDB Level 1 Pre-Authorization | VPOS Media

This guide covers configuring MDB vending machines for "Authorization First" mode. This setup requires the user to pre-authorize a payment on the card reader before selecting their product, ensuring funds are available.

00:08: On the dashboard of your Nayax Core platform, click on the Operations tab, then

00:12: click on Machines from the drop-down menu.

00:15: To locate your machine, type in your Operator name and any other fields.

00:19: Then click the search button.

00:22: Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

00:25: The main general section will open and scroll to the Card Reader, as highlighted,

00:29: and click to open it.

00:31: Set the Card Reader MDB level to 3, the Decimal place to 2, and

00:35: the transaction start method to 'Product' from the drop-down menu. Then, click
