🏆How to Configure the Prize Tracking Feature on Your Machine with Pulse Configuration | Operations

00:00: The Prize Win function monitors when a machine dispenses a prize. Discover how to configure the Pulse Feedback Time in Nayax Core.

00:07: On the Dashboard of the Nayax Core platform, click on the Operations tab. Then click on "Machines" from the drop-down menu.

00:15: Enter your Operator name along with any other relevant fields to find your machine. Click the search button.

00:21: Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

00:25: The main general section will open and scroll to the Pulse/CC Talk tab, as highlighted, and click to open.

00:32: Enter "10" in the Pulse Feedback Time machine attribute field. (This value is measured in seconds.) Please note that the Prize Win incoming pulse should occur faster than the Pulse Feedback Time, so "10" is merely a suggested value; you can enter a different number if needed.

00:47: The Pulse IN2 Counter machine attribute must be configured to "1".

00:52: Click the checkboxes next to the attribute to enable.

00:56: Click "Save" to save your changes.

00:58: Click the Actions button and select Update Queue as highlighted.

01:02: A pop-up will be displayed, confirming that the changes were completed successfully.
