Transaction Types (Color Legend) | Reports

The Color Legend helps us identify the cancellation types quickly and gives us further information on these transactions.

What is the Color Legend on Reports

After clicking the View Report button, you will receive a report on the transaction according to your search parameters. Most of these transactions will appear in the table with a white background, indicating they were settled.

Some of the transactions will have a colored background, as shown in the visual.

Hover over or open the colored icon to view the complete color legend.

To quickly view the transaction type, hover over the colored transaction. As shown in the visual, a small window will indicate the reason for this transaction.
