Membership
Membership groups let you segment your customers - for example by loyalty tier, corporate account, or subscription plan. Create the group structure first, then enrol individual customers into it.
Promotions
Target promotions at specific customer groups to reward loyalty, drive repeat visits, and move priority stock. Promotions in Retail Core are applied at the group level, so you can run tailored offers for different customer segments simultaneously.
Card Access and Prepaid
Enable customers to identify themselves at the POS using an access card, and give them the ability to pay with a prepaid balance. These features support closed-loop payment environments such as staff canteens, corporate accounts, and loyalty schemes.
