00:00: This guide will walk you through the initial process of configuring offline payments in

00:06: On the dashboard of your Nayax Core platform, click on the Operations tab, then

00:10: click on Machines from the drop-down menu.

00:13: To locate your machine, type in your Operator name and any other fields.

00:17: Then click the search button.

00:19: Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

00:22: Click on the Payment tab in the main machine page, as highlighted in RED.

00:27: Scroll down and click the "Add Payment Method" tab.

00:30: In the new payment choice field, select the 'Offline Payment' method from the menu.

00:35: In Offline Payments modes, the extra charge is disabled;

00:37: therefore, it must be set to zero in the 'Extra Charge' column, as highlighted

00:42: in red.

00:43: Scroll down to the Offline Payments definition. Now, select the mode

00:47: that suits your business.

On the dashboard of your Nayax Core platform, click on the Operations tab, then click on Machines from the drop-down menu. 

Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

Click on the Payment tab in the main machine page, as highlighted in RED.

Scroll down and click the "Add Payment Method" tab.

In Offline Payments modes, the extra charge is disabled; therefore, it must be set to zero in the 'Extra Charge' column, as highlighted in RED.

Scroll down to the Offline Payments definition. Now, select the mode that suits your business.

 

• Offline Payments Always On: For operators who want to offer a fast checkout, ideal for parking exits or public restrooms. In this mode, the transaction is deferred either for a defined number of transactions or a defined time.
