How to Configure Incremental Authorization on a Machine | Operations
Incremental Authorization allows operators to modify a payment's initial authorization before settlement. This feature is available only when Crehdorax, Heartland, or Chase is the Billing Provider. This feature needs to be enabled by Nayax.

Enable Checkbox
Image AttachedOn the payment screen, scroll down to the transaction options and check the box to enable incremental authorization, as highlighted in red in the visual. If you do not see this option, please do not hesitate to contact your local support team to enable this permission.
Set a Default Credit
Image AttachedA field will appear for you to set a default credit and enter a numeric amount.
Tool Tip!
Image AttachedClick on the tool tip icons for an explanation and options of the field.
Click Save
Image AttachedRemember to save your changes by clicking the save button.
Click Payment Tab

Scroll to Default Credit

Select Multivend to Enable
Image AttachedScroll down to locate the Multivend field, then click the highlighted checkbox. Then select the appropriate value in the multi-vend field to enable selecting multiple products.
Please note that the minimum for Incremental Authorization is 2.
Click Save

Click MDB Tab
Image AttachedFrom the main section, scroll and click on the MDB tab.
Set to Flags Disabled
Image AttachedEnsure that the MDB flags are configured to 'Flags Disabled'.
Click Save
Image AttachedClick "Save" to save the changes.
View DTM Reports
Image AttachedTo accurately display incremental authorizations in the DTM report, click on the main Reports tab, then select Online Reports, and finally click on Dynamic Transactions Monitor as highlighted.
Click View Report Button
Image AttachedTo edit your preset report, click the "View Report" button.
Click Add Tab

Scroll to Incremental Sections

Click on Checkboxes
Image AttachedClick the checkboxes to enable as highlighted.
Click Save
