How to Configure Default Commissions Machine Level | Operations

Operators may have a commission agreement with the site owners where their machines are placed. Nayax added the ability to set a flat or percentage commission for a product or across the entire machine product map.

Prerequisites and Options to Set Default Commission

  • You have Operator-level access to Nayax Core.
  • Your machine has an active Product Map configured.
  • You know whether you need to set commission on a single product, a flat value per vend, a percentage of sales value, or your entire product map.
Option A - Single Product

Set a flat amount or percentage commission on one specific product row. Other products are unaffected.

Option B - Entire Product Map

Apply the same commission to all products at once using the Override All Product Commissions toggle.
