How to View the Machine Last Alerts | Operations

This Guide will help you navigate through your Nayax Core to view your Machine Last Alerts. Alerts are important to understand why your device is behaving the way that it is and identify the cause of a malfunction.

Click Operations Tab

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations tab.

Click Machines

Click on the Machines tab from the drop down menu.

Fill in Operator Details

Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine then click search button as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Machine in Hierarchy

Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.

Click on Info Tab

On the main section click on the Info Tab and from the drop-down menu select Last alerts.

Last Alerts View

Report is displayed, the Last Alerts shown in this report will only be your last 200 Alerts in your device's history.

Any Alerts Older than the last 200 will be replaced with new ones as they get reported by the Device.

 

Pro tip: Under the Event Group column you can see what the cause of said alert is. this way you can understand what is causing the event: if it's from the device, from the vending machine itself or a billing issue.

Click Info Icon

If you hover over the info icon of any alert in the events description column a temporary pop up will open with an explanation of that alert.

Export Options

Click on the Export button to export the data into a PDF or Excel format for easy sharing and review.
