How to View EV Last Alerts | Operations
The Last Alerts report in Nayax Energy Core displays all the alerts related to a specific charger. Learn how to efficiently access and manage EV Last Alerts to understand and identify the cause of a malfunction.

00:00: Learn how to efficiently access and manage EV Last Alerts to understand
00:04: and identify the cause of a malfunction.
00:12: Click on the machines tab from the drop-down menu.
00:15: Type in your Operator name and any other fields to locate your machine then
00:19: click search as highlighted in RED.
00:22: Locate and click on the machine from the hierarchy.
00:26: On the main section click on the Info Tab and from the drop-down menu select Last
00:30: alerts.
00:31: The report table will open and display in the event code, source and group columns
00:35: the code, source and cause of said alert to understand what is causing
00:39: the event. Whether it's from the device, from the charging station itself or
00:44: a billing issue.
00:46: If you hover over the info icon of any Alert in the events description,
00:50: column, a temporary pop-up will open with an explanation of
00:54: that alert.
00:56: Click on the Export button to export the data into a PDF or Excel
01:00: format for easy sharing and review.
