Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • Access to Nayax Core with operator-level permissions
  • A clear campaign goal (reward threshold, duration, target audience)
  • Your brand assets are ready for the Look and Feel step (logo for Android and iOS, colors)
  • An email address to receive daily campaign reports

 

Tips for a Successful Campaign

  • Promote your campaign via physical stickers on the machine and the VPOS device screen.
  • Keep the punch threshold achievable - 5 to 10 purchases is a common sweet spot.
  • Use Campaign Filters to keep rewards relevant (e.g., exclude promotions or low-margin items).
  • Monitor the daily report email to track participation and adjust if needed.
