How to Import Cards from Excel for Retail | Consumers

Click Consumers Tab

On the dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Consumers tab.

Select Card Management
Image AttachedSelect card management from drop-down menu.

Locate Operator's Name

Enter the name of the operator or sub-actor you want this import to be located under.

Click Search
Image AttachedClick search button.

Click Import Prepaid Cards From Excel
Image AttachedClick on the import prepaid cards from excel tab.

Choose Physical Card Types

From the drop down menu, Physical card types choose preferred card type to be issued to cardholder.
Swipe card, Contactless card, Contact card, Contactless card, Monyx virtual ID, Custom 3rd party prepaid card type, Dual contact and contactless card, QR code prepaid.

Contactless sticker
Monyx virtual ID
Custom 3rd party prepaid card type
Dual contact and contactless card
QR code prepaid

Type Operator's Name
Image AttachedType the operator name.

Download Template File
Image AttachedIf you need a template file, click the highlighted 'Download file template'.

Click Upload
Image AttachedTo create cards, click Upload button and upload an excel file with relevant fields.

Uploaded File
Image AttachedYou will see the file here after uploading it.

Click Save
Don't forget to click save to save your progress.
