ℹ️
What is the MDS? The Machine Dynamic Status (MDS) is a real-time fleet reporting tool in Nayax Core. It displays machine details - including sales figures, connectivity status, and device health - across all machines in your estate, filtered to the criteria you define.

Access the Machine Dynamic Status

  1. 1

Click Operations in the top navigation menu.

  2. 2

Select Machine Dynamic Status from the dropdown.

    ℹ️
Note: Items visible in the Operations dropdown depend on your user permissions in Nayax Core. If Machine Dynamic Status is not listed, contact your account administrator.

Generate a Report

The MDS opens with a blue search ribbon at the top of the screen. Use the filter fields to define the scope of your report, then click Show Report.

  2. 2

    Click Show Report.

What you should see: The report table loads below the search ribbon, displaying all machines that match your filter criteria.
💡
Pro tip - check for hidden results: The bottom of the report table shows the total number of machines found. If that number equals the value in the Results field, there may be more machines not shown. Increase Results and click Show Report again to retrieve the full list.

Read the Report

The report displays under the Machine Status tab, showing all machines that matched your filters. Each row is one machine. Use the column options to control which data is visible.
