🔄How to Import & Export Cards | Prepaid

In Nayax Core, you can easily export prepaid cards to Excel for analysis and reporting purposes. This allows you to streamline your operations and gain valuable insights from your data.

General

Import Prepaid cards from an Excel file to create cards in bulk, or export existing cards for analysis, reporting, or backup.

This guide covers both flows - export first for backup, then prepare your import file with the downloadable template, upload, and verify - with a complete field reference, sample data, and common pitfalls.

Create multiple Prepaid cards at once by importing from an Excel file, or download your existing card data to Excel for reporting and analysis.

Prerequisites

You need operator-level access to Nayax Core with Card Management visible (Consumers > Card Management). For import, you need an Excel file (.xlsx) formatted with the correct column headers. You can download the template directly from within Nayax Core.

Import creates new cards only

The import function creates new cards. It does not update or delete existing cards. If a Card Unique Identifier in your file already exists for that operator, that row will be rejected.
