How to Import Prepaid Cards from an Excel | Consumers
This guide will teach you to Import prepaid cards from an Excel file in your Nayax Core Management Suite. This action will help you easily manage your cards and streamline your operations.

Click Consumers Tab

Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on Consumers tab.

Card Management
Image AttachedSelect card management from drop-down menu.

Fill in your operator's name and other fields

Enter the name of the operator or sub-actor you want this import to be located under and click search button highlighted in RED on the visual for your report.
Be sure to set card type field as Prepaid as highlighted.

Click Import Prepaid Cards from Excel

Click on the Import Prepaid Cards from Excel tab button as highlighted in RED.

Choose Card Physical Type

Choose the Card Physical Type from the drop-down menu.

Type Operator's name
Image AttachedType the operator name.

Download a Template File (Optional)

If you need a template file, click the highlighted Download file template link.

Click Upload

To create cards, click the Upload button as highlighted in RED and upload an excel file with the relevant fields completed.

Uploaded File

You will see the file here after uploading it as highlighted in RED.

Click Save

Don't forget to click save to save your progress.
