How to Export Prepaid Cards to Excel | Consumers

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step to Export prepaid cards to Excel using your Nayax Core, so you can efficiently export your data for analysis or reporting purposes.

Click Consumers

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Consumers tab.

Click Card Management

Click on Card Management tab from the drop down menu.

Fill in Operator Fields

Type in your operator name or sub-actor and any other fields whose card you would like to export to Excel, then press search as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Locate Operator from Hierarchy

Locate and click on the operator or sub-actor from the hierarchy.

Click Export Cards To Excel

Click on Export Cards To Excel Button.

Click Export

Check the boxes to include details of cards under Sub-actors and/or Institutes. Once ready click on Export to download your Excel.
