Before You Start

  • ✅ You have access to the Nayax Core management portal (tms-c.otiglobal.com).
  • ✅ You have the serial numbers of the devices you are configuring.
  • ✅ Your OEM partner has provisioned your devices on the Nayax platform.

Note: This is a quick-reference appendix. Settings listed here should only be changed by operators or integrators who understand the impact. If in doubt, contact your OEM partner or Nayax Support before modifying machine attributes.

Device Serial Numbers

Serial Number Formats
UNO-8 208XXXXXXXX
16 digits total, starts with 208
UNO-mini 207XXXXXXXX
16 digits total, starts with 207
UNO-8 serial types HW Serial (Nayax) -- used in the Nayax platform
Mainboard Serial -- printed on the physical device
The UNO-8 has two serial numbers. Use the HW Serial when registering in Nayax Core.

Critical Machine Attributes

Use the minimum recommended value when diagnosing connectivity or communication issues.
