Pricing Updates on CCI Protocol
Update product prices on CCI coffee machines - via the Nayax Core product map for Level 1 machines, or directly on the machine for Level 3 - and control when price changes take effect.

Prerequisites: Before You Start
Update product prices on CCI coffee machines - whether prices are managed in Nayax Core (Level 1) or directly on the machine (Level 3) - and apply those changes to active machines.
- ✓You have access to Nayax Core with machine management permissions (Level 1).
- ✓You know which products need a price change and their new prices.
- ✓You know whether your machine is CCI Level 1 or Level 3.
Price "0" is not supported. Do not set a product price to 0 in the product map. A price of 0 will cause transactions to be declined for that product.
Which level are you on? The procedure for updating prices depends on your CCI level.
- Level 1 machines, prices are managed in Nayax Core.
- Level 3 machines, prices are set directly on the coffee machine.
If you are not sure which level applies to your machine, contact your local Nayax distributor or Nayax Support before proceeding.
