How to Update Device Version | Operations
This guide will walk you through updating the device version in Energy Core. Please Note: This is only relevant for VPOS Touch or Onyx devices.

Click Charging Stations
Image AttachedOn the Dashboard of your Nayax Energy Core management suite click on the Operations tab, then click on the Charging Stations tab from the drop down menu as highlighted.

Fill in Charge Point Operator Details
Image AttachedType in your Charge Point Operator name and any other fields to locate your Charging Point click search button as highlighted.

Locate Charging Point in Hierarchy
Image AttachedLocate and click on the Charging Point from the hierarchy.

Click Update Device Version

From the main general section, click on the Actions button and click Update Device Version from the drop down menu as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Pop Up Window
Image AttachedThe update device version window will open.

Select Relevant Main Version
Image AttachedSelect the relevant Main Version from the drop down list.

Select POS Version
Image AttachedSelect the POS version.
Please Note: This is only relevant for VPOS Touch or Onyx devices.

Click Apply
Image AttachedClick on the Apply button as highlighted to apply your changes.
