How to Setup System Alerts Machine Level | Operations

This guide will walk you through setting up your alerts in Nayax Core for individual machines for an accurate overview of the specific device.

Click Operations Tab

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Operations tab. Then click on the Machines tab from the drop down menu as highlighted in RED on the visual.

Fill in Operator Details

Fill in your Operator name and other fields to locate your machine. Click search button as highlighted in RED.

Locate Machine in Hierarchy

Locate and click on the operator machine from the hierarchy.

Click the Alert Rules Tab

After selecting the Machine that is supposed to receive these Alerts, navigate to the Alerts Tab and click Enable Alerts as highlighted in RED.

 

Then click all the Alerts you want to enable notification for.

 

Pro Tip: By selecting the Threshold value, you set the minimum status level necessary before an alert is triggered. If the value drops lower than the set value, you will receive a notification.

Click on Save
