How to Import Cards from Excel for Retail | Consumers
Import prepaid cards from an Excel file in Nayax Core, easily manage your cards and streamline your operations.

00:00: This guide will walk you through the process of importing prepaid cards from an Excel
00:04: file in Nyx.
00:05: From the Dashboard of your Nayax Core management suite click on the Consumers tab.
00:10: Click on card management from drop-down menu.
00:14: Enter the name of the operator or sub actor.
00:16: You want this import to be located under and click search button.
00:20: Highlighted in red on the visual for your report, be sure to set
00:24: card type field as prepaid as highlighted
00:27: Click on the import, prepaid cards from Excel tab Button, as highlighted in red.
00:32: Choose the card physical type from the drop-down menu.
00:36: Type the operator name.
00:38: If you need a template file, click the highlighted, download file template link.
00:42: To create cards, click the upload button.
00:45: As highlighted in red and upload an Excel file with the relevant Fields completed.
00:50: You will see the file here after uploading it as highlighted in red.

Locate Operator's Name

Download Template File

Click Upload

Uploaded File
