Marshall Configurations for Single Session

This configuration is designed for scenarios where a consumer makes a single selection or pays a predefined amount in one transaction. It supports one product per transaction and allows only one consumer (transaction) at a time, making it ideal for simple, buy-and-go interactions.

Where it’s relevant:

  • Kiosks
  • Vending machines
  • Ticket machines
  • Car washes
  • Massage chairs

Key Characteristics:

  • The payment amount is known in advance.
  • Works with either Pre-Selection (consumer chooses first) or Pre-Authorization (payment is authorized before selection).

This is the recommended configuration for most standard machines where the interaction is straightforward and the payment amount is predetermined.
