How to Change the Default Code for Technician Mode | Operations
This guide will provide step-by-step instructions for changing your technician code in Nayax Core.

Click Operations Tab

Image AttachedLocate your Machine
Image AttachedLocate and click on the machine from the hierarchy for which you wish to change the technician default code.
Select the Attributes tab in the Main Screen
Image AttachedFilter the Group category for VPOS Touch
Image AttachedScroll down to Enable the Technician Code Attribute
Image AttachedScroll down and locate the attribute ID number 984, labeled 'Technician Code.' Click on the checkbox, as highlighted.
Click on Save
Image AttachedGo to the General Tab
Image AttachedGo back to the General tab as highlighted in RED and then scroll down click on the VPOS Touch option as highlighted in BLUE.
Change the Technician Code
Image AttachedIn this field, you can change the preset Nayax default code and set your own code within the Technician Code attribute for your specific machine.
Don't forget to keep a note of your new code!
Click the Checkbox
Image AttachedEnable by clicking the checkbox next to the Technician Code attribute, as highlighted in RED.
Click Actions Tab
Image AttachedGo to the Actions tab at the top of the screen.
Click Update Queue
