How to View an EV Charging by Session Report | Reports

This guide explains how to generate EV charging session reports that list all charges created by a CPO or charge point, how sessions are initiated, and how to utilize enhanced filters to find relevant data quickly.

Click Reports

On the Dashboard of your Nayax Core platform, click on the Reports tab.

Click EV Reports

Click "EV Reports" and then select "Charging Sessions" from the sub-menu, as highlighted.

Click Arrow

Click on the Arrow as highlighted to select your operator from the menu.

Select Operator

Click on the Operator to view the EV session report.

Filter Results

Pro tip: Use filters to customize your report by selecting a start source, date range, usage location, or other options to get the exact view you need.

Sessions Displayed

The report page will open, displaying a table of the charging sessions for this operator.

Click Charger Icon

To view a specific charging station, click the Charger Icon to open it and view the individual station.

Charging Station Sessions

A table will open to display the sessions for this individual charger.

Export Options

Click on the three dots as highlighted in RED, to access the Export button and download the data to your device.
