Operators may have a commission agreement with site owners where their machines are placed. Nayax Core lets you define the commission value directly on the machine product map - either for a single product or for all products on the map at once.
Single product commission
Set a flat or percentage commission on one specific product in the map. The value applies only to that product slot.
Entire product map commission
Apply the same default commission to all products on the map at once using the Override All Products option in Misc Options.

Commission can be set as a flat amount per vend (e.g., €0.50 per transaction) or as a percentage of the sales value (e.g., 10% of the product price). Choose the type that matches your site owner agreement before configuring.

Set commission for a single product

Step 1 - Navigate to the machine

In Nayax Core, click the Operations tab in the main navigation.

Click Machines. Fill in your operator's name and other fields, then click Search.

Locate and click the target machine from the hierarchy panel on the left.

Click the Products Map tab from the machine's main section.
Step 2 - Open Misc Options
The product map displays a Commission column by default. To set a default commission value, click Misc Options in the toolbar above the product grid.
A Misc Options pop-up window appears. Configure the following fields:

Step 3 - Apply to the product and save

Click Save in the Misc Options pop-up. This sets the default commission value for new products going forward.

Back on the product map, locate the target product row. Double-click the Commission column field for that row.

Type the commission value directly into the field.

Click Save in the top toolbar to save all changes to the product map.

Commission set for this product.The commission value appears in the Commission column for the selected product. New products added to this map will use the default commission value you configured in Misc Options.

Set commission for the entire product map

Use this approach when you want the same commission value applied to every product on the map in a single action. The steps to navigate to the machine and open Misc Options are identical to Part 1.
Step 1 - Navigate to the machine
Follow steps 1-4 in Part 1 above to open the Products Map tab, then click Misc Options.

Important
Toggling Override all product commissions ON will overwrite any individual commission values already set on specific products. This action cannot be undone; any per-product customisation will be replaced by the new default.
Step 3 - Save

Click Save in the Misc Options pop-up. The commission value is applied to all products immediately.

Click Save in the top toolbar to confirm all changes to the product map.

Commission updated across all products.Every row in the Commission column now shows the new value. From this point on, all products on this machine's map carry the commission you configured.
Quick reference | Commission options at a glance
Scope: single product
Double-click the Commission column for the product row and enter the value directly.
