Nayax Prepaid includes a rewards system that incentivizes cardholders with revalue bonuses. Configure up to three tiers with percentage or fixed-amount bonuses.

How Prepaid Rewards Work
Nayax Prepaid includes a built-in rewards system that lets operators incentivize cardholders to revalue (top up) their prepaid cards by offering bonus credit. When a cardholder revalues above a threshold you define, the system automatically adds extra credit, either as a percentage bonus or a fixed currency amount. This drives higher top-up values, increases loyalty, and makes your prepaid card more valuable than cash or one-time credit card payments.

Up to Three Reward Tiers
You can configure up to three reward tiers per operator or card. The highest qualifying tier applies.

⚠️ NOTE The bonus credit is added as revalue credit. It is separate from the card’s base credit. |

Prerequisite: Rewards User Role
The “Rewards” role must be assigned to your user account: Administration > System Users > find your user > User Roles tab > add Rewards.
