Overview Inventory Dashboard | Operations

To access the inventory dashboard in Nayax Core, first log onto the platform at us.nayax.com. Then go to Operations > Inventory dashboard.

After loading your company into the dashboard, you can now look at your inventory for your machines to determine the relevant information to help with managing your inventory. 

After bringing up your company information, you will be able to access features for each machine on your account. Your machines will be labeled the same as in Operations > Machines. In the Inventory Dashboard, each machine can use features here and can be individually updated without going into different  pages on the website. Each section such as Machine Type/ID, Pick/Source, Vends/ Sales, Alerts and Stock Level will be discussed in their own section. 

This section is lists the machine name that is labeled on your account and you should be able to use this field to identify your machine on your account. 

This field is used to identify the source of your state of transaction. This will be denoted with either MDB (live transactions) or DEX. These can be adjusted in Operations > Machines in Nayax Core under sales source. The difference here is with MDB (live transactions) your inventory will be updated in real time whereas DEX will be updated based on the DEX schedule that can also be setup in Operations > Machines. 

In this section, you will be able to track your sales and number of vends for to know how many items were vended and how much revenue was made during those sales. In this section you can also find the number of days since the last visit on your machine and you can find the cash box level as well. All this information is predicated on the machine reporting cash sales, and what is done while on site at the machine. 

This section Is based on the vendouts that is setup in the machine. Vendouts can be set in the product map in Operations > Machines and can be setup with alerts to give notifications when an item is low in your machine. If you would like to know more about vendouts and how it works please reach out to technical support for assistance. 

In this section, you will be able to see your machine stock level based on either MDB (Live Transactions) or DEX reporting. You will be able to see your level of inventory and will be either be green, yellow or red based on your current level in your machine. These colors are based on your on your PAR and on hand levels in the machine which indicate your inventory levels in your machine. This will give you an idea about which items are relatively full (green), moderately full (yellow) or getting low (red) and you can make the decision about your items in your machine.  

One Unique feature about the Inventory Dashboard is that you can edit your machine, update a visit, adjust the stock levels, Show last sales and events without going to another section of the website. To access this menu, right click on the machine of your choice and you should see a menu with some options. One of the options in this menu is update visit to help you identify the menu. This will help machine management if you have either one machine or several. Each section of the action menu will be outlined in the next sections so you will be familiar with each one of the options in the right click menu in Inventory Dashboard.
